On December 11, 2020, the “Waterlilies, Monet’s Impressionism” online painting event hosted by China Chamber of Commerce in Australia (CCCA) Association of Women Entrepreneurs and sponsored by China Telecom (Australia) Ltd. kicked off. More than 20 female entrepreneurs met online to draw friendship and jointly completed wonderful watercolor painting.

At the beginning, for knowledge sharing and common learning, Ms. Ye Xuan, Chairman of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs, firstly shared the characteristics and appreciation of the paintings of Monet, the representative of Impressionism. Accompanied by relaxing music, the painting instructor from Cork & Chroma, a well-known Australian studio, explained the changes of light, shadow and space in nature and the techniques of using brushes, leading everyone to successfully complete the Monet-style water lily series.

During the event, attendees actively asked questions and exchanged ideas to improve their art appreciation skills and relax their minds and bodies while creating art. At the end of the 3-hour event, everyone expressed their intent.

The Association of Women Entrepreneurs hopes to continue to organize diversified cultural and sports activities to care more about the physical and mental health of women entrepreneurs and create more opportunities for women entrepreneurs to try new things and continue to learn and progress.
