On 8 November 2024, ChinaChamber of Commerce in Australia (CCCA) has renewed its institutional customer agreement with China Southern Airlines. Under the agreement, CCCA will continue to provide its member companies with exclusive ticket purchasing services for China Southern Airlines Australia, and China Southern Airlines Australia and New Zealand Marketing Center will provide exclusive preferential policies and comprehensive customer support for CCCA member companies.

We will continue to provide customers with excellent services and comfortable travel experiences. China Southern Airlines has resumed two daily flights from Sydney to Guangzhou, three weekly flights from Sydney to Shenzhen and 10 weekly flights from Melbourne to Guangzhou. It has also resumed flights from Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide to Guangzhou, opened direct flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Beijing, and increased capacity in Sydney and Melbourne to meet market demand during the peak season at the end of the year. At the same time, China Southern Airlines will use the various transit services of the Guangzhou hub, including one-stop ticket, free transit accommodation, and visa-free policy for Australian citizens, to provide passengers with the most convenient transit services to send customers to their destinations.

First use the corporate email to send the English name of your own and your companions’ passports to the China Southern Airlines Sales Department sydcorp@csair.com.au to confirm the Chamber of Commerce membership. 2. Consult the cooperative ticket agent for reservation and ticket issuance. The reserved passenger list must be consistent with the one reported to China Southern Airlines in order to use the exclusive preferential ticket policy.
