On August 30th, the 2025 Sydney Marathon once again presented a spectacular spectacle—over 70,000 runners from the world participated in this internationally renowned marathon. China Chamber Commerce of Australia (CCCA) Sydney Branch has consistently organized members to participate in the Sydney Marathon for over a decade, and this year, it organized over 350 participants from dozens of member institutions. The running event was attended by Li Mang, President of CCCA and Bank of China Sydney Branch, leaders and representatives from member organizations, event sponsors China Eastern Airlines and China Travel Service Australia, and secretariat staff.

In the morning, CCCA Sydney team dressed in uniform and posed for a group photo against the backdrop of the Sydney Opera House and the azure harbor, showcasing the image of Chinese businesses working together in unity, hard work, and striving for progress. As the starting gun sounded, the runners launched into action amid the enthusiastic cheers of the spectators, challenging themselves while also experiencing the joy and strength that exercise brings.

Mr Li Mang expressed his gratitude to CCCA Sydney branch for actively organizing the annual marathon running event, and also thanked the sponsors for their strong support for this year’s event. He hoped that everyone would ensure safety and run with style during the event. Secretary-General Ma Lei presided over the speech session and organized a group photo.

The Sydney branch has organized delegations to participate in the running festival for many consecutive years. The successful holding of this event has enriched the spare time of the Sydney branch members, further promoted communication and interaction among members, and demonstrated the unity and cohesion of the CCCA Family.
