More than 40 participants attended the meeting, including presidents of the Chamber\u2019s state branches, national executive directors, directors, and authorised representatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"1090\">The meeting reviewed and approved the 2022\u20132025 Work Summary and the 2026 Work Plan, amendments to the Chamber\u2019s constitution, the revamp of its official website, and the proposed establishment of a New Energy Professional Committee, among other matters. The meeting also completed the leadership transition for the new term, including the election of the new Board of Directors, President, Vice Presidents, and Secretary-General. The meeting was chaired by Secretary-General Ma Lei.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-204479\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cccaau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Picture5-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"331\" \/><\/p>\n<p>President Li Mang delivered the Chamber\u2019s Work Report for the 2022\u20132025 term. He noted that over the past three years, the Chamber has consistently focused on the framework of the China\u2013Australia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the China\u2013Australia Free Trade Agreement, strengthening engagement with Australian government and business communities, supporting member enterprises in better integrating into the local market, and publishing the <em data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1622\">Country Development Report on Chinese Enterprises in Australia<\/em>, which has effectively enhanced the public image of Chinese enterprises and the Chamber.<\/p>\n<p>He further highlighted that state branches and professional committees have worked collaboratively to carry out a series of practical initiatives centred on trade and economic exchange, policy interpretation, and professional services. The Chamber\u2019s membership has now exceeded 450 companies, with an expanding industry coverage and steadily increasing overall influence. Looking ahead, the Chamber will continue to uphold the principles of service-oriented operations, win\u2013win cooperation, and compliant governance, and will further advance the depth and quality of China\u2013Australia economic and trade cooperation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-204480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cccaau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Picture6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"747\" height=\"350\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2909\">During the meeting, the Chamber\u2019s Legal and Compliance Committee, Financial Services Committee, Resources and Energy Committee, Women Entrepreneurs Committee, Aviation Committee, and External Relations Committee each presented their respective work reports. State branches in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Sydney reviewed their 2025 achievements and outlined key priorities for the coming year. The Chamber\u2019s legal counsel, King &amp; Wood Mallesons, delivered a summary of legal and compliance work and provided briefings on current issues of concern.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3314\">Following the Board meeting, the Chamber convened a National Members\u2019 General Meeting. The meeting formally approved the appointments of the new Board members, President, and Secretary-General, and reported on other resolutions passed at the National Board meeting. Anderson Accounting Firm presented the audit report on the Chamber\u2019s financial position for the 2024\/2025 financial year.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-204481\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cccaau.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Picture7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"771\" height=\"379\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3316\" data-end=\"3687\">The meeting successfully completed all scheduled agenda items and provided clear direction for the Chamber\u2019s work in 2026.
